Registration Form

It is necessary to pre-register and pay in advance. Delegates who have not paid in advance may not be allowed entry. Once you have decided your requirement please download the registration form (12kB, rtf) and return with your remittance.

Fees

In order to participate at this event it is necessary to be a member of INCOSE. The prices are quoted excluding the joining fee for simplicity, but this must be added on the registration form as indicated.

Tutorials are available to members only and are priced without the membership fee. Tutorials are £150 for a whole day tutorial and £85 for a half-day. If you wish to attend two half-day tutorials please book accordingly. We are unable to guarantee at this stage that they will not be run in parallel, although it is unlikely, but if they do we will make the appropriate refund.

Conference: To attend the conference for either day is £125 and if staying for two days it is only £210. Students pay £75 for one day or £100 for two. 

Meals: Lunch and tea/coffee and biscuits are included in the daily registration fee.  There will be a symposium dinner with speaker on the Tuesday evening that is charged separately.

Symposium Dinner: The Tuesday dinner is £25 pounds including wine with the meal (no concessions).

 

Payment Terms: Terms of payment require that 100% be due prior to the event, and upon receipt of invoice. The full invoiced amount must be settled prior to the event taking place. In the event of a delegate turning up without the full amount having been received by INCOSE then payment will be required before entry.

Method of payment.   Payment is to be made in UK pounds Sterling in full without any deductions. Crossed cheque made payable to INCOSE UK. If a company cheque make sure that the delegate name is written on the reverse. Cancellations and Substitutions.     All bookings carry a 20% liability immediately after booking has been made whether by email, fax, phone or post and up to 21 days before the conference starts. After 21 days prior to the conference start date a cancellation charge totaling 40% of the total fee will be due. Delegate changes /substitutions within the same company will be permitted without penalty provided that INCOSE receives the information in writing before the event. In the event of non-attendance by a registered delegate fees will not be refunded.
