Poster Guidelines

Due to the overwhelming response to the SymposiumCall for Papers, we have added key and general reserve paper posters to this year’sSymposium. This is an opportunity for authors to display your paper for all Symposiumdelegates to see. It is an opportunity to enhance your eight-page manuscript to aneye-catching display. Please review the following suggestions and visit the recommendedweb site for more specific details and tips.

Poster Preparation

We will provide the following for the display of your poster at the Symposium

:
  • One cork-like poster board measuring two (2) metres wide (approximately 6 ½ feet wide) x one (1) metre tall (approximately 3 ¼ feet tall) for the display of your poster.
  • A poster should:

    Be legible
  • Be well organised
  • Be concise and to the point
  • Poster suggestions:

    Make sure the print is legible from six feet away
  • Use colour (pictures, print, graphics)
  • Use colour matting to highlight information
  • Suggested fonts: Bookman, Helvetica, Geneva
  • Be sure your name and affiliation is displayed on your poster.
