In addition to the main symposium infrastructure items previously advertised andbooked, there are other ancillary facilities and services available that have beenrequested by a number of people. We are endeavoring to answer those requests within thelimited time and space available. All of the services offered below are strictly subjectto availability at the time of receipt of your booking and will be allocated on a first-come first - served basis. Reservation will be made only upon receipt of payment withbooking form. Payment by cheque in GB Pounds is preferred. Cheques to be made payable toINCOSE 1999.

BAG STUFFING .

To assist Patrons and Exhibitors to draw attention to their productsand services they are entitled to have one piece of company or product literature includedin each delegate’s bag at no charge. One piece is defined as an A4 sheet, printedboth sides if you wish, or a small company brochure. We ask that you apply the above rulein the interest of the delegates, and the ‘stuffers’ as this is a labourintensive activity.

If you are uncertain whether your piece complies with these criteria please supply onewith your booking form to arrive no later than two weeks before the event.

This service can be made available to participants other than Patrons and Exhibitorsfor a small fee as set out below.

One piece of A4 paper printed both sides if required - £250. (Minimum charge).

Any other small item exceeding the above, but not exceeding a six page brochure £400

Any Catalogue or other item exceeding the above £750.

To book this service please complete and return the attached form enclosing your chequein full payment and an example of the item to be inserted.

MAIN CORRIDOR GLASS CABINET DISPLAYS.

A limited number of glass-fronted display cabinets are available for the display ofcommercial or other literature. These are situated in the main corridor and will be passedby all delegates on each visit. They are embedded in the wall, situated on the maincorridor, and are approximately 6ft high x 8ft wide and 1ft deep. They are available forrent for the period at a fee of £200. As the availability is limited and the placing isvery positive they will initially be allocated strictly on a one per person basis.

TABLE-TOP DISPLAYS

For those who wish to participate in the exhibition but do not wishto have a stand.

Any remaining available floor space will be divided into suitable size lots toaccommodate those that have booked giving as much space and convenience as possiblewithout incurring further cost. Lots will be allocated, on a one per person basis. Theminimum lot provided will be a space minimum 8ft x 6ft and will include a 6ft x 2ft 6intable and two chairs. For details of set up and opening times please refer to theexhibitors rules as the same will apply.

The fee for a lot will be £375 for the duration of the exhibition.

The provision of all of the above shall be on a first- come, first -served basis, basedon the arrival of the booking form and cheque at the offices of Meetings Management.
